Professional MotorSport World Expo Awards 2008

As in previous years, shortlisted nominations will go to an independent, international panel of motorsport experts, who will choose the winners.

Now in their third year, the prestigious Professional Motorsport World Expo Awards will be presented in November 2008. Around 1,000 motorsport professionals and members of the press attended the 2007 presentation, with awards won by Peugeot Sport, Spa-Francorchamps, Accelerating Developments International, and Roger Penske, among others.

The 2008 event, to be held in conjunction with Professional Motorsport World Expo 2008 in Köln, Germany, will have seven categories:

• Team Principal of the Year

• Tim Edwards, Team principal FPR
• Jonas Jarlmark, technical director, Flash Engineering
• Armin Schwarz, team principal, All German Motorsports
• Marc Van Dalen, team principal, Kronos Racing
• Graham Heeps, editor, Professional Motorsport World
• Roland Schedel, editor-in-chief, Auto Technology
• David Tremayne Freelance motorsport writer, Member of the 'Guild of Motoring Writers'
• Kim Wolfkill, publisher, MSN Autos
