Ecumaster

The first of three new products on the Ecumaster booth will be the company’s range of plug-in ECUs. These feature the same technology as on the EMU Black standalone engine management system but come pre-loaded with a base map. They are housed in bespoke CNC-milled aluminum enclosures that match OEM environmental ratings. Additional functions such as extra inputs and outputs and lambda control can be connected using an auxiliary harness.

The second new product is a version of Ecumaster’s power management unit (PMU) that boasts a custom 18-position, 12-gauge Autosport connector. The PMU16 Autosport version is extra simple to connect thanks to the Autosport connector and a Radlok connector for the main power terminal. Fourteen of its output channels are rated at 23A, with the remaining two rated at 40A. Six low-side outputs are included, rated at 2A each, with the total device current at 200A continuous.

Finally, Ecumaster will show its battery isolator motorsport master relay device, designed for FIA-compliant battery isolation and engine shutdown. It is made for harsh motorsport environments, weighs only 83g with full solid-state construction, and has built-in alternator load dump protection. The isolator is controlled by two external switches but can also be controlled and configured through CANbus.
