Tailor-made multilayer steel gaskets

Ideal for the needs of motorsport engine builders, Con-SEPT is now able to provide tailor-made multilayer steel (MLS) gaskets in medium to low quantities.
The MLS gaskets are made of multiple punched layers of both high-temperature coated and uncoated stainless steel, which require less assembly pressure, protect from bore distortion and assure an equal load distribution across the sealing area.

The imprinted contours on the outer layers of the MLS gaskets satisfy the hard requirements of sealing in a challenging environment with engine fluids, high temperatures and heavy load conditions.
