Precision Technologies

Expo visitors can find out how Precision Technologies is geared up for its next phase of growth with a £1.5m (US$1.9m) investment in equipment. This is set to boost the company’s production capacity by up to 20% to meet customer demand for high-precision engineering solutions in F1 and motorsport, aerospace, oil and gas, marine and defense.

New additions include a five-axis milling machine, a second Höfler CNC gear grinding machine and two CNC turning centers. A CNC cylindrical grinding machine is also planned.

Precision Technologies’ group managing director, James Nicklin, says, “We have an ongoing program of investment to help us deliver high-tech and high-spec components that help make our customers’ designs operate at peak perfection – whether it’s for the latest racing cars, electric vehicles, defense components or even world-class competitive racing yachts.”
