Day 1: Link Engine Management introduces new ECU: G5 Voodoo Pro
Link Engine Management

Attending Professional MotorSport World Expo for a third time, Link Engine Management is a global leader in motorsport electronics and performance technology. It specializes in the development, manufacture and marketing of ECUs built to manage motorsport and powersport vehicles.

“We are exhibiting our current G4X engine management range and showcasing our latest G5 platform which has many new motorsport features,” said Paul Kang, the company’s sales manager for the UK and Ireland.

The company has unveiled its G5 Voodoo Pro, a powerful, flexible advanced ECU that partners with G4X to give Link two complementary engine management platforms and the flexibility for any performance goal and budget. According to Link, G4X is still the go-to solution for all the engines it currently supports. However, the company recommends G5 Voodoo for users who need direct injection, have more than eight injectors, need extra inputs and outputs, or want new features like GPS, Bluetooth and wi-fi.

“The G5 Voodoo Pro puts real magic in your hands with the ability to control port and direct injection, 24 injector and ignition drives, dual inboard e-throttle and digital wideband lambda controllers, CAN lock, advanced communications and many more features,” explained Kang. “We are attending the show for the third time in four years. It gives us a platform to showcase our new and existing products to like-minded attendees. It also gives us a great opportunity to meet with existing and new customers alike.”
