Adjustable suspension geometry performance bushes

Powerflex, one of Europe’s leadings manufacturers of high-performance suspension bushes and engine and gearbox mountings, will showcase a new range of adjustable geometry bushes at this year’s Professional MotorSport World Expo.

Examples include the front wishbone bush for the Toyota GR Yaris and GR86. This allows on-car adjustment of caster and includes pivot point relocation to increase anti-lift geometry. It replicates the operation of a spherical joint but uses a hybrid high-wear-resistant polyurethane ball in a polyoxymethylene (POM) outer race. This allows high deflection angles, location precision and long life in the toughest of applications.

This is only one of hundreds of examples of bushes manufactured in the UK by Powerflex that allow geometry adjustment for suspension that has fixed mounting points.
